The Ambasador London Rally is this coming week. And I'm staying away.
Absolutely not because I don't beleive in the mission which is "To shape the image of London to a place of global importance and influence where all can flourish- economically, socially and culturally."
I am not going, like many other major London Ontario fans because part of my love for London includes growing my young family through time spent with them and volunteering in areas that help build up our community. I value my family time very much and truthfully can't afford another night out.
Don't take this as a slight if you plan to go. In fact, please know that so many other Londoners are at the November 6th rally in spirit... they are just living life in London and can't take time to show their spirit by coming to a rally.
Please go with us time-poor, heart-filled group behind you. Let everyone there know...
