Are you seeing something no one else can? Maybe you put a few services together in a package and offer them in a special way no one else has thought of. Maybe you were tired of not being able to find an item and knew you were the one to offer it.

Find your people. The people who can't find what you are offering and will gladly pay you a premium for it.
In this day, niche is where it is at. Be niche. Be big in that niche. A small fish in a big pond gets eaten. Seth Godin's new book "The Dip" describes how today you must be "the best" in your world to get attention. Even to the point of being tops on Google to get a visitor. It's true. How many of you have searched on a term and looked 5 pages into the results and actually used that provider?
